Date Night brings together a three-course sharing menu and a bottle of selected wine for two, served in the relaxed surroundings of our Caribbean hideaway. Think beautiful food designed to share, wine on the table, warm Antigua evenings and absolutely no reason to rush home.
And despite the name, Date Night isn’t only for couples. Bring someone special, catch up with a friend, or gather around the table with people you haven’t seen nearly enough lately. It’s simply an excuse to make an ordinary Wednesday feel a little less ordinary.
Our kitchen combines Colin’s Michelin-starred background with the ingredients, flavours and easy-going spirit of island life — serious cooking without taking ourselves too seriously.
